Appliance leaks hide under cabinets and flooring. We find where the water went, dry it where it sits and save as much of the kitchen or laundry as we can.

A cracked washer hose or a loose ice maker line can run for hours. The water flows under the appliance, beneath the toe kicks of the cabinets and under vinyl or laminate, where nobody sees it.
We use meters to trace it, pull toe kicks and appliances to reach it, and dry the cabinet bases and subfloor in place where possible, instead of tearing the kitchen out.
We extract water, pull the appliance and toe kicks, and read the cabinets and floor.
Air is pushed under the cabinets and floor with special attachments, with dehumidifiers running.
We read the cabinet bases and subfloor and adjust until they are back to normal.
Toe kicks go back on and the appliance is reconnected once a plumber has replaced the part.
Not always. Many can be dried in place. Particle-board bases that have swollen usually need replacing.
Water trapped under it has to come out. Some planks lift and go back; others are better replaced.
Supply lines can drip slowly for weeks, or fail all at once while you are out. Both are common.
Tell us what happened. We will tell you what to do right now and come out to measure.
