Ocala Water Damage Pros
Terms
The rules for using Ocala Water Damage Pros.
The service
Ocala Water Damage Pros is a free matching service run by Built-Right Digital. We do not perform water damage restoration work, we do not hold a contractor license, and we do not have a shop you can visit in Ocala. We send your request to independent local providers, who set their own prices.
Submitting the form or calling the number is a request for an introduction. It is not a contract for the repair, and it does not reserve a crew.
The provider's work
Any price, arrival time, license, and warranty come from the provider, not from us. Ask for the license or registration your state expects before work starts. We do not guarantee their workmanship, their insurance, or that they will take the job.
Built-Right Digital may be paid by the provider for a lead. That payment does not raise a price we quote, because we do not quote the job.
Your request
Send a request only if it is real, it is about a property you are allowed to get help for, and the phone number reaches you. Do not use the form to harass a provider or to invent a job.
If the same phone number asks for this service on this site again within 30 days, we treat the later request as a duplicate and do not bill it as a new lead.
Calls, texts, and consent
The consent sentence on the form is part of these terms. You can refuse it and call the published number instead. Providers who receive your number may contact you about this request.
Limits
The matching service is free to the household. We are not liable for a provider's damage, delay, or price. Your contract, if you sign one, is with that provider.
These terms are meant to be read under US law and the rules of the state where the property sits. They are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer, and the consent sentence should be reviewed by counsel before this site is used at scale.
Contact
Write to privacy@builtrightdigital.example about these terms. Placeholder inbox. Replace it with a real Built-Right Digital address before a site goes live. We do not publish a street address because we have no walk-in shop.
