From the call to the last reading
The call
You tell us what happened and where. We ask a few questions about the water and the power, and tell you what to do while we are on the way.
The first visit
We look at every wet room, take readings, photograph what we see and start removing water. You get a written estimate before the bigger work begins.
The drying days
Fans and dehumidifiers run while we come back to read the walls and floors. We move equipment as rooms dry and tell you how it is going.
The last reading
When the numbers are back to normal, the equipment leaves and you get a summary with photos and readings for your records or your insurer.
